ADMISSIONS: General Admission (GA)

Adults ‐ $TBD

Children (12‐17) ‐ $TBD

Credit/Debit Card only. This will be a cashless event.

Please note: GA seating is on a first-come basis; we respectfully request that you do not save seats for those not yet in attendance.

General Admission tickets will be available for purchase daily. No refunds will be allowed once a ticket is purchased. 

 

PARKING

$TBD per day General Admission

Cash only for parking please

In the event of inclement weather, we have a contingency plan for parking which will be off site.

 

ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING

Accessible parking will be available with permit only. Please request accessible parking at micsa2025finals@gmail.com.

VIP PARKING

VIP parking onsite is limited to guests who purchased VIP tickets for the day of service.

 

COACHES/CHAIR PARKING

Each club will receive three complimentary parking passes each day of the meet- one for the VIP lot and two for the GA lot. These will be distributed at the coaching outing and are to be distributed to coaches/chairs at the guest club discretion.

 

CHAUFFEURED BUSES

All buses will be required to park off site after swimmer/guest drop off. A parking fee of $TBD will be assessed for each bus that is parked. 

 

FOOD & LIBATIONS

Food and beverage services will be provided on the ECC grounds and will include  - TBD

For alcohol purchases a valid form of ID will be requoted verifying legal age.  

An athlete food station will be available near the swimmers’ tent and will feature TBD on Friday and Saturday, TBD on Sunday.

Additionally, grab and go snacks, hydration drinks, and fruit options will be available for purchase. This is a cashless event, please prepare to accompany your swimmer to the food station.

FIRST AID

First Aid station will be located at TBD. Medical personnel will be on site throughout the weekend to provide first aid to all athletes and guests. 

 

MERCHANDISE

Apparel may be viewed online at https:XXX  password: XXXX. Online pre-sale is open July 2nd thru 17th with on-site sales available throughout the finals weekend.  All pre-purchased items will be available for pick up July 25th-27th at the Kidd Company Booth.

 

PURCHASING

Admission, food and apparel may be purchased by credit/debit card only- there will be no script as this is a cashless event. Cash will only be accepted at the GA parking entrance. We apologize, due to the magnitude of the event “chitting” will not be allowed for any guest including

ECC members.
